Libby has been keeping busy during quarantine by getting outside to explore the beauty around her!
When UGA transitioned to online classes, Libby headed home to quarantine like many other students.
“Quarantine has been a weird and crazy time for everyone and the uncertainty of it all can be a little scary,” Libby said.
Despite the negative aspects that have come along with the COVID-19 outbreak, Libby has found a way to put a positive spin on the situation. She recognized that she has tons of free time and decided to put that to good use!
To pass the time, Libby has been trying new things and taking advantage of the outdoors. Her family has a mountain house, so she’s gotten to visit lots and take in the scenery.
“My dad loves to bike so he’s been convincing me to go on a lot of long rides,” Libby said. “It’s rare to have all my siblings home at one time so it’s been really nice, sometimes a little crazy, to have us all together.”
Libby is doing her best to cherish the family time and beautiful landscapes around her right now before it’s time to pack up and head back to Athens in the fall!
